CGJV serves as a strategic partner conducting research, carrying out evaluations, measuring performance, and making policy recommendations for our civilian and defense customers. We form cross-sector partnerships with public, private, non-profit, and community-based organizations to achieve successful program outcomes across the following disciplines: science, research, social innovation, disadvantaged populations, family and community involvement, foreign affairs, diplomacy, and environmental impact.
We focus on defining and understanding the needs of all customer and stakeholder groups and measure desired outcomes against actual impacts. To achieve desired outcomes we conduct extensive research, incorporate promising practices from within each market segment, and analyze survey data from target populations and stakeholder groups. We use qualitative and quantitative methods and apply extensive expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling to inform decision making. Our recommendations are informed by lessons learned, model program examples, and through the continuous identification of promising practices having measurable impacts.
