SeaPort-e

Introduction: SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring engineering, technical, and programmatic support services across 22 functional areas. It is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.  Authorized users include:

  • Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR)

Quality Assurance Program: Our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) establishes the quality assurance policies and documented procedures required for effective, standardized operations. GAP Solutions’ ISO 9001:2008 Certificate of Registration requires adherence to ISO International Standards and promotes services that are reliable, high quality, and that will achieve customer satisfaction. This has also proven to reduce waste and increase productivity, while improving employee motivation and morale. By implementing an effective ISO 9001:2008 QMS, GAPSI’s services can enhance customer satisfaction. Our QMS procedures establish a customer-focused environment that is open to feedback, overcomes challenges, and helps improve our customers’ mission objectives.

Our methodology includes a number of oversight activities, including independent quality assurance, regular management reviews, prime contractor deliverable reviews, customer In Process Reviews (IPRs) and deliverable reviews and monthly reporting. In addition, we consistently seek customer feedback through quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to make collaborative improvements to our services.
