Eric has 15+ years of experience in the government services industry with Stanley Associates and CGI Federal. Most recently, he led CGI Federal’s National Security Programs business unit, a $160 million business providing technology solutions to DOJ, DHS, Defense Information Systems Agency (“DISA”), and Intel clients. Eric was previously a member of Stanley’s leadership team and managed the Technical Programs Group which consisted of 800+ employees supporting Army, Navy, and other clients. His past positions at Stanley also include Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Account Manager for Federal Civilian Programs, and Director of Midwest Operations. Eric has an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA and a B.A. from American University.
Diane joined GAP Solutions in 2001, initially as a recruiter, after working for four years in account management with the staffing industry. She moved into project management (achieving her PMP certification), HR, business development, and security over the next several years, providing outstanding support to GAP Solutions’ customers and employees and affording her invaluable experience she uses today as President. She assisted with the acquisition of multiple GSA Schedules, helped plan the company’s successful graduation from the 8(a) program, and has been involved with most major bids over the last five years. Pat is responsible for GAP Solutions’ internal operations including finance, human resources, business development, and information technology. He brings more than 23 years of industry experience in leadership, operations, strategic planning, and business development roles in a variety of organizational environments. Pat has an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins an a B.S. from the University of Delaware. 
Leriza joined GAP Solutions in 2004 after graduating from George Mason University with a B.A. in Communication and concentration in Public Relations. During her nine years with GAP Solutions, she has worked in various management capacities ranging from recruitment to client relations supporting GAP Solutions’ government clients and has been instrumental in growing several strategic accounts.
Mark joined GAP Solutions in 2012 to advance and manage financial strategies for GAP Solutions’ continued expansion. Mark has over 15 years of finance, accounting, and operations experience. Previously, he served as Senior Manager for ITT Information Systems and Controller for ITT Information Systems’ EDO Professional Services business unit.
Christine has been with the company for over nine years and currently serves as Deputy Director, Client Services. She holds a B.S. in Human Services and Counseling from Old Dominion University. She has held several key positions at GAP Solutions including Talent Acquisition Manager. She leads GAP Solutions’ Emergency Management services business line and oversees contracts within DHHS, DHS, and NASA. Christine provides senior leadership to approximately 140 employees in the DC Metro area, Indianapolis, IN, and Houston, TX and is responsible for the planning and implementation of delivery services and contractor performance for our almost 500 employees nationwide.
Martin joined GAP Solutions in 2005, initially providing program support to Department of State. He transitioned to GAP Solutions’ HQ office in 2006 where he joined the Client Services team and then Business Development. Martin currently oversees GAP Solutions’ business development and strategic growth initiatives, providing capture management as well as proposal development support. He also identifies strategic partners for business development opportunities and gathers intelligence for targeted proposal efforts. Previously, he served as Program Manager for contracts with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (“NASA”), HHS, and the National Guard Bureau. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
Steve joined GAP Solutions in 2002, initially as a Program Manager supporting the Department of the Interior. In 2012, Steve was promoted to the role of Director of Client Services, where he provides strategic management for the company and is responsible for the financial performance, technical performance, customer satisfaction, personnel management, and business development of GAP Solutions’ federal contracts. Steve holds a B.A. in History from the University of Delaware.
Eric joined GAP Solutions in 2013 as Practice Area Manager for Logistics, responsible for all aspects of GAP Solutions’ logistics and process management service line. He is the Program Manager and primary business developer for GAP Solutions’ prime delivery order, the U.S. Army Support Base Services (SBS) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Prior to working at GAP Solutions, Eric was Director of CACI, Inc. Federal’s Logistics and Field Support, where he managed several U.S. Army IDIQ’s. Eric holds a B.S. from Old Dominion University.
