Micha Kemp

Micha started with GAP Solutions in April of 2009 at the NIH Training Center managing a team of six employees. While working, Micha completed a Masters in Communications from Johns Hopkins University. Her drive, leadership, and exceptional customer service skills opened the door for her eventual promotion as our Program Manager responsible for leading 80 highly skilled professionals supporting the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response within Health and Human Services. Micha is focused on making a difference in her role and feels that GAP Solutions aligns with her desire to have a positive impact in her interactions with the employees and customers. “Leadership at GAP Solutions is there consistently asking insightful questions and striving to make a difference to the employees and the clients we serve.
